STANDARD SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Our shipping and processing fees cover processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you. Most products are shipped from our customer service office to arrive within 5-7 business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.

CANADA and US SHIPPING

Items shipped to a Canada address will be charged a shipping rate of $5.95 to $9.95 depending on your zone. All US orders will incur a shipping rate of $9.95 - $14.95 for First Class Domestic Rate and are delivered using the carrier with the most affordable rate for your US zone.

Some heavy or over-sized items cannot be shipped outside the Canadian territories.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

For an extra charge of $27.50 per address, within Canada we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 6PM PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 6PM PT through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. US express orders will be shipped at the same time, however will incur an express shipping rate of $49.95.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

To ship an item to an address other than your billing address, click on the "Ship To Different Address" link in the Shopping Cart for each item and update the recipient information.

SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX

We can ship most items to a P.O. Box. This excludes extra large items and those shipped directly from our manufacturers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship outside Canada and the US to some regions; please contact our customer service office for additional information. We do not afford any duties or tariffs, so check with your local Customs office for fees in your area.
